Customer Service Representative

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a key support role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication. For instance, you will handle customer enquiries, orders, returns, and updates, whether by phone, email, or face-to-face. Furthermore, you'll collaborate closely with our Scheduling and Production teams, ultimately ensuring timely outcomes for all.

Since this is a newly created role, you'll also have the unique opportunity to help shape our processes. A proactive mindset will be crucial for success in this role. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will work alongside colleagues across various departments. Ultimately, your attention to detail will be highly valued.

Support Role Duties
  • Taking customer calls with confidence and care.
  • Processing key customer orders with accuracy.
  • Managing customer accounts and relationships.
  • Performing data entry and filing of key documentation.
  • Creating new items and detailed job specs.
  • Assisting with stock management and petty cash.
  • Preparing quotes and estimates.
  • Providing backup support to the Purchasing Officer.
  • Pitching in on other team tasks as needed.

  • Proven success in a customer service role.

  • Experience in packaging or manufacturing is a definite bonus.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP platforms.
