Become a Supply Chain Coordinator
We’re seeking a skilled Inventory Controller And Requirements Planner to join our Textile Division on a 6–12 month contract.
Reporting to the Supply & Distribution Manager – ANZ, you’ll play a key role. Duties will include ensuring inventory control and supply planning run seamlessly across our textile operations.
If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong eye for detail, this is a great opportunity. Your contribution will be to an established Australian manufacturer with a global footprint.
In this role, you’ll:
Manage end-to-end inventory planning using D365, ensuring stock levels meet business needs.
Create and maintain item codes and product specifications for textile materials.
• Analyse and refine processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop visual reports, metrics, and documentation to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with state-based teams on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and stock requirements.
• Obtain quotes and raise purchase orders for international suppliers.
Your Planning Experience.
To succeed, you’ll bring:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in materials planning or purchasing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of import processes, financial reporting, and supply chain terminology.
• Excellent time management and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business are highly regarded.
