We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Administration Manager Wingfield to lead our operations team in SA.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, supporting teams and delivering service excellence. You will be working across departments to ensure a high level of administrative performance and operations manager tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- 
Lead and support the operations and customer support teams 
- 
Monitor invoice accuracy, product records and internal workflows 
- 
Improve admin manager processes for speed, compliance and consistency 
- 
Oversee supplier, freight and general invoicing to meet financial policies 
- 
Work closely with warehouse and supply teams on stock movement and reporting 
- 
Maintain up-to-date pricing, customer specs and BOMs 
- 
Ensure all records are accurate and properly maintained 
- 
Build a positive team culture with strong communication and collaboration 
Your Operations Manager Experience.
- 
Strong leadership in an administration manager or similar role 
- 
Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams 
- 
Familiarity with D365 systems is highly regarded 
- 
A sharp eye for detail and process improvement 
- 
Ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure 
- 
Strong written and verbal communication 
- 
A solutions-focused approach with a passion for teamwork
