We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support both the Maintenance and Production teams. This rare opportunity is ideal for a positive, enthusiastic, experienced and driven individual with proven leadership skills.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operation of equipment, plant, and infrastructure. You’ll work on both existing and new state-of-the-art machinery, taking ownership of asset reliability while minimising downtime and maximising lifecycle performance.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties

Supervise, train, and develop the maintenance technician team.
Plan and coordinate daily tasks across all shifts

Implement preventative maintenance programs
Diagnose and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and operational repairs.

Use MEX to manage work orders and asset records.

Monitor spare parts inventory and materials procurement.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and HACCP standards.

Support capital projects and equipment installation.

Recommend improvements to equipment and processes.

Assist in the development of new products and processes.

Maintain hygiene standards aligned with SOPs and food safety.

Your Technician Skills

Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
Restricted electrical licence highly regarded
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Commitment to WHS and excellent communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines both independently and in a team
